As from January 2008 the room rates (in $AUD) are

Room One (includes sunroom which has sofa bed)

Double              $130 per night
Single               $100
Extra person/s   $40 single adult $30 child

 
 
Room 2 (trundle bed only for extra person)

Double          $110 per night
Single           $80
Extra person  $35 adult $25 child

Room 3  (trundle bed only for extra person)

Double          $110 per night
Single           $80
Extra person  $35 adult $25 child

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment should be made when you check in either by cash or credit card ( VISA or Mastercard only).

For stays of one week or more ( or short stays during the peak periods of December-January) we require at least two weeks notice if you wish to cancel your booking otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the full tariff. We may request your credit card details by way of  a security deposit when you book with us.
