As from March 2011 the room rates for the Australiana Guest Suite (in $AUD and inclusive of GST) are
Couple $140 per night
Family $170 per night (includes use of sofa bed in sunroom)


For non peak periods ( December - January) we offer rebates for stays of over five days.
 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment should be made when you check in either by cash or credit card ( VISA or Mastercard only).

For stays of one week or more ( or short stays during the peak periods of December-January) we require at least two weeks notice if you wish to cancel your booking otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the full tariff. We may request your credit card details by way of  a security deposit when you book with us.
